About The Position
Your first focus will be to establish structure and routine in working together to ensure the Chief Commercial Officer (Rogier) can focus on his daily responsibilities. Maintaining and updating his diary and travel plans amid rapid changes and competing priorities and ensure all meetings/travel plans are set up for success is first nature to you.
But this position goes further than this, you have an exceptional eye for detail not only when it comes to organising but also when it comes to reading people and reading between the lines. You have a sixth sense for what is important at any given moment in time, remembering little details that forge and enhance business relations, this is where you and the CCO form a successful team.
Where appropriate, you will also be responsible for email management, including prioritization of emails and alerting on urgent emails etc., so that time is managed effectively. You will prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings and ensure the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
You have prior experience supporting a member of the Executive Board, and you operate with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity, as this role gives access to sensitive personal and business information. You bring strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where priorities and tasks may shift hourly.
We are looking for a warm, open‑minded professional who thrives in collaboration and naturally makes others feel welcome and supported. You have a proactive, self‑starting mindset and the flexibility to adapt as situations evolve. With a “glass‑half‑full” attitude, you focus on solutions and making things work. You are approachable, responsive, and committed to creating a space where colleagues feel comfortable reaching out - acting as a reliable, accessible connection point to the Chief Commercial Office.
Strong people skills and the ability to create momentum and make things happen are essential. We value someone who remains steady under pressure and consistently delivers with warmth, speed, and professionalism.
