Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Coordinate and actively contribute to product development projects within desserts and nutritional beverage applications
- Provide technical service, troubleshooting, and application support to customers globally
- Support daily customer and sales organization needs with application expertise and solution‑oriented guidance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and related literature
- Create sales support materials such as concepts, presentations, and application insights
- Manage and respond to technical service requests in a structured and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to ensure effective project execution and knowledge sharing
What Makes You the Right Fit
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience within dairy, beverages, or food ingredient/raw material supply
- Proven experience working with food ingredients and food processing technologies
- Strong ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a global team environment
- Experience providing technical service and application support to customers
- Structured, organized working style with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 30 days per year
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience within dessert or nutritional beverage applications
- Proficiency in an additional European language
