Brand Innovation Pipeline and Portfolio Management
Translate the company strategy into a brand-long-term strategy suitable for brand growth.
Lead portfolio evolution from insight generation to product development, bringing competitive advantages to the brand and category.
Demonstrate strong agility to leverage data and insights for innovation and renovation.
Stay closely connected with macro and category dynamics to drive business.
Innovation Project Implementation
Lead innovation project development in line with portfolio strategies and be responsible for New Innovation P&L.
Have a collaborative mindset, working with cross - function teams to enable NPD (New Product Development) development.
Recommend action plans and make course - corrections when consumer, competitive, or external environment changes occur.
Business Plan and Integrated Marketing Communication
Possess a disruptive mindset and capability to set up an end - to - end (E2E) model fit for growth business and a communication model for innovation.
Create a solid launch plan for new product launches, including price strategy, channel strategy, merchandising strategy, etc.
Lead agencies to develop key assets and Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plans that fit the China market and product positioning for new product lines.
Ensure integration of consumer communication activities within the overall brand strategy and provide guidelines to other parties (sales, e - commerce teams, etc.) for implementation.
Organization Innovation Capability Improvement
Build team capability in portfolio managing and innovation.
Have a strong collaborative mindset with great business acumen.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above
10 - 15 years of brand marketing experience in the consumer goods industry.
Innovation experience in FMCG (Fast - Moving Consumer Goods) with cross - category dynamic experience is preferred.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Proficient in MS Office software (PPT, Excel, Word).
Great moral integrity.
Willing to accept travel.
