Title:HR Manager
Location:18 Senoko South Road, Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals, drive cultural alignment, and support regional growth initiatives.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development programs to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, well-being programs, and regular feedback mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Ensure regional operations comply with local labor laws and company policies, while proactively identifying and mitigating HR-related risks.
Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives to support business evolution and operational efficiency.
Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, employee records, and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Manage and lead the HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to build a high-performing HR function. Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to address HR needs, align on people strategies, and drive organizational success.
Additionally, oversee admin. operations, including coordinating office administration support, office cleaning service management, office area CAPEX & HR OPEX management etc.
Qualifications:
8+ years’ HR experience in FMCG/Beverage/Manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
Deep expertise in Singapore’s labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices, with working knowledge of HR compliance. Proficiency in HRIS systems, strong analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Demonstrated experience in managing HR team, driving administrative efficiency, and navigating complex organizational change.
Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
