How You Will Make An Impact
In this role, you take the lead in driving the financial performance agenda across our Rest of World markets. You will coordinate performance management, strengthen commercial decision‑making, and act as a strategic finance sparring partner for both local finance teams and senior leadership.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
Driving the full performance management cycle, including monthly reviews, risk/opportunity assessments, and insights for senior leadership.
Coordinating forecasting and performance management across local finance teams while governing KPIs and proactively highlighting performance trends.
Partnering with local finance and commercial teams to secure high‑quality data and strong commercial insight.
Supporting business cases and evaluations of pricing strategies, promotion effectiveness and strategic investments across different markets and go‑to‑market models.
Delivering cross‑market deep‑dive analyses and benchmarks to uncover growth, profitability and efficiency drivers, and supporting long‑term strategic planning including scenario modelling.
The role sits within Arla’s International Division and is based in our newly opened Copenhagen office in Carlsberg Byen.
What Will Make You Successful
You hold a degree in Finance, Economics or a related field, and you bring a solid financial background – preferably from a role as a Finance Business Partner or within Commercial Finance. You thrive in an environment with broad responsibility, where you can work independently while being a strong contributor to a highly collaborative team. With your strong communication skills, your ability to build trusting relationships, and your collaborative mindset, you are able to influence stakeholders and move strategic priorities forward. Your analytical strengths and financial modelling capabilities enable you to generate insights that connect financial performance with commercial decision‑making. You enjoy simplifying complexity, using data to guide decisions, and working across functions in a matrixed environment to deliver impact. Naturally, you are fluent in English.
