Le Warehouse Team Leader est responsable de l’organisation, de la coordination et de la
performance des activités de préparation et d’expédition. Il garantit l’application du
PSQDIC, anime les rituels, et accompagne l’évolution du service, notamment avec le
développement des Probiotiques, impliquant une équipe amenée à s’agrandir. L’anglais
courant est indispensable pour les échanges internationaux.

Our Site located in Dangé‑Saint‑Romain (Vienne – 86), the IFF site is a key player in the industrial and logistics activities of the International Flavors & Fragrances group, a global leader in the creation of innovative solutions for the food, beverage, nutrition, health, and fragrance industries.
The site plays a strategic role in product preparation, packaging, and shipping, operating at the heart of an international supply chain. In a context of business growth—particularly in the Probiotics segment—the site supports the continuous evolution of logistics flows, processes, and teams.
We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader in a permanent contract.

Where You’ll Make a Difference ?
Lead, manage, and motivate the warehouse team
Allocate tasks according to operational priorities
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational guidelines
Supervise and perform picking operations in cold storage (-18°C)
Ensure the preparation accuracy and reliability of shipments
Train and onboard new team members
Monitor and analyze PSQDIC performance indicators
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process digitalization
What Makes You the Right Fit?
Bachelor’s degree (BAC+2) in Logistics / Supply Chain
Initial experience in team management preferred
CACES 3 & 5 certifications required
Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Strong knowledge of logistics and shipping operations
