Where You’ll Make a Difference
• Lead the development and execution of local and regional marketing strategies aligned with IFF’s global business objectives.
• Drive market intelligence activities, including consumer insights, competitive landscape analysis, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with Sales, R&D, and Creative teams to translate customer needs into compelling value propositions and differentiated solutions.
• Manage portfolio strategy, including product positioning, launches, and lifecycle management.
• Support key customer engagements by developing marketing stories, presentations, and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze business performance, KPIs, and market data to recommend strategic actions and adjust marketing priorities.
• Coordinate the adaptation and execution of global marketing initiatives to local market needs.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand messaging.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory, quality, and corporate standards.
What Makes You the Right Fit
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within B2B, consumer goods, flavors, fragrances, chemicals, or related industries.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); Spanish required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
