Our Dairy Biosciences SubBU, part of the Health & Biosciences Business Unit, passionately supports the Dairy Industry with a deep knowledge of Cultures and Enzyme solutions. The product range of IFF’s Dairy Biosciences Sub Business Unit includes starter cultures (live microorganisms), protective cultures, probiotic cultures, dairy enzymes, yeasts and mold fungus cultures.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead and expand sales within specific, existing major dairy accounts in Ireland, focusing on long‑term relationship growth rather than transactional sales
- Build and sustain multi‑level relationships across customer organizations, including international and multi‑site buying locations
- Act as a trusted technical and commercial partner, aligning IFF’s Dairy Biosciences solutions with customer objectives and operational challenges
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (portfolio expansion, new applications, new sites) and convert them into sustainable business
- Develop and execute account‑specific sales and growth plans, ensuring alignment with IFF’s H&B and Dairy Biosciences strategy
- Drive customer projects end‑to‑end, coordinating internal stakeholders across Applications, R&D, Product Management, and Operations
- Proactively monitor market and customer trends to strengthen IFF’s position as First Choice supplier in cultures and enzymes
- Represent IFF professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and technical discussions, reinforcing our leadership in Dairy Biosciences
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Strong background in dairy technology, with hands‑on experience in fresh fermented dairy products and solid understanding of cheese technology
- Proven capability in managing and growing key accounts, with a structured, relationship‑driven sales approach
- In‑depth technical knowledge of dairy cultures and enzymes, or the ability to quickly master complex product portfolios and applications
- Ability to understand customer business models and translate technical solutions into commercial value
- Experience working independently while effectively collaborating within a global, matrix organization
- Demonstrated ownership of customer projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver results
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong influencing, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Fluent English, valid driving license, and willingness to travel regularly across the Irish market
