The role is based in Latin America (hybrid/onsite depending on location). You will be part of a strategic, collaborative and growth-oriented procurement team, partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders to deliver value, resilience and innovation. Your potential is our inspiration.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Develop and execute regional procurement category strategies aligned with Scent BU and corporate objectives.
Lead supplier relationship management, including strategic negotiations and performance governance.
Ensure supply continuity while driving cost competitiveness and effective risk mitigation.
Partner with R&D, Operations, Quality and Finance to support innovation and business growth.
Drive supplier-enabled innovation and sustainability initiatives across the region.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards and financial stewardship.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional procurement team.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain; MBA or Chemical background is a plus.
7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, with strong exposure to raw materials, chemicals and natural crops.
Proven experience in category management and complex supplier negotiations.
Solid knowledge of procurement best practices and international sourcing environments.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex regional supply chains.
Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience within fragrance, flavor, chemical or consumer goods industries.
Exposure to sustainability, responsible sourcing or supplier innovation programs.
Regional or global procurement experience in Latin America.
