Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Coordinate raw material (RM) stock position reviews and manage airfreight risk approval requests in line with the established approval matrix.
- Work closely with Raw Material Planners (RMP) and Finished Goods Planners (FGP) to ensure sufficient raw material and production slot availability to support new wins according to customer‑requested timelines.
- Liaise with Flavorists to address formulation, alternates, or technical feasibility whenever required for new product launches, in collaboration with the RMP team.
- Monitor first‑time delivery performance for new wins to support FTO (First Time Order) OTP (On‑Time Performance).
- Check and coordinate the introduction of new Raw Material and Finished Goods into the plant, including ensuring that products can be produced locally and/or imported as required: in coordination with GRA, Religious, Process Engineering (PE), Import, GP, and Customer Service (CS).
- Lead Business Continuity Plan (BCP) initiatives and Production Project Transfers to and from the Karawang Plant: in coordination with Quality Control (QC), Process Engineering (PE), Technical Flavorist (TF), Customer Service (CS), RAM, Account Management (AM), Local SCM, Regional SCM, Religious, QA and GRA teams across plants.
- Coordinate with the Master Planner on customer demand changes, including demand increases, to ensure timely supply readiness and planning alignment.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Analyst on product discontinuation management, ensuring controlled phase‑out and minimal supply or inventory risk.
- Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and validation of data for SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) presentations.
