Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Perform a variety of standardized laboratory tests to support quality assurance, research, and development activities
- Support creative flavorists with compounding and preparation of flavor samples
- Maintain the creative laboratory environment, including stock control and material replenishment
- Ensure effective communication with flavorists and internal partners to support project needs
- Assist in preparing and organizing materials for product development and application testing
- Support simple evaluations in basic matrices, following established procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of laboratory activities and results
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Basic understanding of laboratory practices and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and organized way
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
