As a Sample Technician in the Evaluations Preparations Group (EPG), no two days are the same. You will work across different testing areas, preparing and setting up products for evaluation. Your precision, efficiency, and structured approach ensure that all test preparations run smoothly and according to protocol.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Prepare and clear evaluation tests for fabric care and home care products, ensuring compliance with established protocols
- Conduct washing tests using front‑loader and top‑loader machines, as well as manual hand‑wash testing
- Weigh, label, and organize products and test materials with high accuracy
- Sort wash loads, line‑dry, fold, and label test textiles (e.g., towels)
- Load and unload industrial washing machines and dryers safely and efficiently
- Set up and operate computer‑controlled cabins simulating home environments for product testing
- Apply or connect products in line with defined test procedures and system settings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace by cleaning tools, equipment, and surfaces daily
What Makes You the Right Fit
- MBO working and thinking level (vocational education or equivalent)
- Available full‑time (40 hours per week) with flexibility in working hours
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable, structured way of working
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good working knowledge of Dutch and English
- Physically able to perform standing work and tasks involving walking, lifting, bending, and carrying
- Willing to follow testing guidelines (e.g., no perfume use and no smoking during working hours to avoid influencing tests)
