Successfully lead 3 functions inside the Q&RA Quality Assurance, Product Quality Management and Seed Regulatory Affairs.
Build, Define, Direct and Monitor all related Quality and Regulatory Know-how, processes, best practices and KPIs.
Be the champion and driver of key initiatives leaning to improve our seed and process quality deliverables.
Deliver and structure our Regulatory affairs stand and policy as a company.
Key role by representing Hazera towards Limagrain Global Quality Forum and activities.
Visible managerial face towards key regulatory and representatives of authorities link to our field of expertise.
Manage the maintenance and improvements needed to accomplish our Quality Policy drivers.
Ownership over improving in a structure and quantitative way our deliverables link to: claims management, non-quality costs, risk management (both products and procedures), continuous learning and certifications.
Management of ~ 7 Quality & Regulatory professionals with global scope, based in Israel and the Netherlands
Bachelor’s in agriculture/life sciences. An MSc in a relevant field is a plus.
5 years of experience in leading professional quality teams.
Experience in the Agro, Bio, Pharma, or Food industries, mandatory.
Fluent English – the ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively, verbally and in writing. *Hebrew or Dutch – will be a great advantage for the team.
Strong customer focus with high capability in building strong relations and trust.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly collaborative with the ability to influence.
Strong organizational skills and initiative.
Detail-oriented with the ability to focus on projects for extended periods.
