Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Conduct microbiological testing in accordance with laboratory SOPs for raw materials, samples, and finished products, including product release.
- Ensure safe operation of laboratory equipment, especially high-temperature equipment (e.g., autoclaves, water baths, drying ovens), following safety procedures and protective requirements.
- Accurately complete laboratory records, data organization, and documentation filing.
- Support the maintenance, review, and updating of laboratory procedures and SOPs.
- Manage the organization and proper storage of retained samples in the laboratory.
- Carry out cleaning verification of the production environment and equipment as planned.
- Maintain strong teamwork and collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department leader.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- College degree or above.
- Ability to follow SOPs strictly and perform testing in a standardized manner.
- Strong awareness of laboratory safety and compliance with safety procedures and waste disposal requirements.
- Ability to maintain accurate and complete records and documentation.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
- Ability to complete testing and reporting tasks within given timelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Major in microbiology, biotechnology, food science, or chemical engineering.
- Prior experience in microbiological testing in a factory QC laboratory or third-party laboratory.
- Familiarity with laboratory operations and quality control processes.
