About FIG
FIG is a woman-owned social enterprise dedicated to redesigning the food system for people and the planet. We empower decision-makers with actionable research, powered by a team science approach rooted in stories and context. We recognize that to bring humanity into greater balance with nature, we must build a food system that celebrates the connecting power of food, supports economic wellbeing from growers to consumers, and prioritizes food production practices that help all communities and ecosystems thrive. We develop accessible, actionable insights and tools for organizations, policymakers, and the public by approaching our work in a deeply collaborative and creative manner, aiming to advance the capacity and impact of social and environmental movements. We are equally passionate about our work and our people and are committed to co-creating a fully remote workspace that is welcoming for people of color, LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities, parents, empty-nesters, and people with a wide range of backgrounds. We embrace the whole person who shows up to collaborate alongside us, and we can’t wait to meet you. To learn more, visit www.foodinsightgroup.com.
