Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support end-to-end execution of fragrance development projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation are well managed and aligned with business needs
- Assist in evaluating and selecting fragrances based on brand positioning and market trends, while coordinating closely with perfumers to communicate feedback and refinements
- Contribute to market and consumer insights by analyzing trends, competitor products, and fragrance directions, and supporting the creation of client-ready presentations
- Maintain fragrance libraries, databases, and project documentation, ensuring accurate tracking of samples, submissions, and key learnings across projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Perfumery, and Technical to ensure effective communication, alignment, and smooth project execution
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Fragrance, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in fragrance, FMCG, or related industry (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered)
- Basic understanding of fragrance structure and strong interest in olfactory development
