Business Administration Assistant (Apprenticeship)

For our Fine Fragrance division, we are looking for a Business Administration Assistant Apprentice to support the Coty global account, a key player in the beauty industry (Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Marc Jacobs…).
What you will contribute and learn
In this role, you will support the Sales Project Manager in coordinating projects and managing the global account. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Finance, Creative, and Supply across multiple regions (Europe, US, LATAM).
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Global Administrative Account Management
- Prepare presentations for management meetings (executive summaries, business reviews, strategy presentations)
- Maintain and update project trackers with milestones and key deadlines
- Create roadmaps for strategic projects
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of internal databases and account documentation
2. Forecast & Pricing Management
- Support financial analysis of brand and global account performance (in collaboration with Finance teams)
- Prepare official price letters and maintain pricing accuracy
- Assist in forecast analysis using Excel
- Contribute to budget preparation and tracking
3. Market Analysis
- Contribute to the quarterly internal newsletter
- Support ad hoc market analysis and research
- Assist in market share analysis and win rate tracking
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer activity
4. Operational Support
- Lead transversal projects such as event organization and gifting initiatives during key business moments

How you stand out
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Interest in data analysis and business performance
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, international environment
- Knowledge of SAP or similar tools is a plus
- Interest in the fragrance or beauty industry
