We are looking for an Associate Category Manager – Energy to drive sourcing strategies, ensure supply resilience, and accelerate our sustainability agenda across Europe, the Middle East & Africa.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute regional energy sourcing strategies (electricity, gas, green energy, VPPA, industrial gases)
- Partner with Business leaders on pricing, hedging, and market risk management
- Collaborate with Operations to reduce CO₂ footprint and support sustainability goals
- Manage ~€85M spend, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply security, and innovation
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships (SRM) and drive strategic projects
- Provide market insights and stakeholder communication across functions
What you bring
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
- ~4+ years in procurement / category management / services sourcing
- Strong financial and market analysis skills (ideally exposure to energy/commodities)
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Fluent English
