About Vanatari
Vanatari is a House of Brands that builds and scales modern preventive health brands in Europe. Our brands combine science-backed products, strong digital capabilities, and distinctive brand building to serve consumers across multiple markets and channels. Our portfolio currently includes brands such as Vegavero and Wowtamins, with further expansion planned in the coming years. We operate in a fast-moving, highly international environment with a strong focus on operational excellence, scalability, and long-term brand building.
The Role
We are looking for a Sr Amazon Marketing Manager to run paid growth in-house across our entire portfolio and every market we operate in. As we move from market owners running everything themselves to a model of clear ownership and shared functions, this role becomes the central engine for advertising performance: owning the PPC stack, automating what can be automated, and giving every Country Manager the campaigns and insights they need to grow their market profitably.
You will report to the Marketplaces Lead and work day to day with Country Managers across Germany, Italy, France, the UK, Spain and our adjacent markets. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who lives in the numbers, builds for scale, and would rather automate a task than do it twice.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management & Execution
Run and execute Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) across all markets and brands
Build and maintain campaign structures per ASIN and per country
Own bid and budget management, keyword harvesting, and negative targeting
A/B test creatives, placements, and audiences to improve performance
PPC Automation & Scale
Own and operate our PPC automation via Perpetua
Build the rules, guardrails, and workflows that let campaigns scale across markets without scaling manual effort
Codify what works into repeatable, automated playbooks
Performance & Profitability
Hit and defend ACOS / TACOS targets while growing ad revenue across the portfolio
Track performance daily and act fast on what the numbers tell you
Balance efficiency with the rank and growth goals of each market
Reporting & Collaboration
Report performance clearly to Country Managers: what changed, why, and what you’re doing about it
Translate advertising and search data into recommendations on listings, pricing, and selection
Coordinate DSP via agency partners as the channel is evaluated and scaled
Partner with Pricing & Deals, Brand Incubation, and Content so paid execution stays aligned across the business
What Success Looks Like
ACOS / TACOS on target across markets, with ad revenue growing
A PPC engine that runs on automation and clear playbooks, not manual firefighting
Country Managers who trust the function and get the insight they need, on time
New product and brand launches supported with fast, effective paid execution
Continuous, measurable improvement, cycle over cycle
What We’re Looking For
Experience
3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC, ideally across multiple marketplaces
Track record of hitting ACOS / TACOS targets while scaling spend profitably
Experience with PPC automation tools (Perpetua or similar) is a strong plus
Background in supplements, FMCG, food, cosmetics, or a similar consumer category is a plus
Skills
Deep fluency with Amazon Advertising and automation software e.g Pepetua
Strong command of the core metrics (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, ad revenue) and the ability to decide from data
Comfortable with keyword and market research tools (Datadive, Helium10) and reporting tools (Nova Analytics, Sellerboard)
An automation mindset, at ease with rules, workflows, and tools like n8n / AI to remove manual work
Fluent in English; German is a plus
Why Join Vanatari?
Be part of a fast-growing European consumer health platform
Own paid growth across a portfolio of meaningful brands with international reach
High ownership and impact from day one
A flat, entrepreneurial environment with direct access to leadership
Build scalable, automation-first foundations rather than inherit legacy process
Based in Berlin with a hybrid work model
