It’s one of the most in-demand roles in performance marketing. You’re the link between creativity and data - developing ideas, researching trends, building hooks, analyzing results, and making sure our ads perform like crazy.
Your Responsibilities
Develop top-performing ads, create content plans, generate ideas, and research & analyze ads
Participate in performance analysis and evaluate key KPIs for continuous optimization
Copywriting and script writing
Support post-production of our video and static ads (for social media) based on Creative Strategist briefings
Adapt concepts to different advertising platforms including format, hook, text length, pacing, and platform trends
Work closely with the Creative & Marketing Team to plan and evaluate data-driven creative tests
What You Bring
Experience in social media marketing and social advertising
Strong understanding of marketing and buyer psychology
Creative instinct for storytelling, scene structure, hook optimization, and dynamic editing
Experience in producing and editing video content is a big plus
Strong copywriting skills
Fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
