Schedule:
10:00am – 6:30pm, Monday–Friday
Rotational weekends and holidays required
Weekly schedule may vary based on production and staffing needs
Education Requirement:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Equipment Knowledge (preferred):
pH meter & probes, autoclave, water bath, microwave
Dairy pipettes, scales, thermometers
Laminar flow hood, incubator, freezer, refrigerator
What You’ll Do:
Perform pH testing and monitor product quality
Prepare agar media, plating controls, and reagents
Operate lab equipment per company and manufacturer procedures
Document test results accurately and in compliance with standards
Communicate out-of-specification results to prevent product issues
Assist in maintaining product retention samples and shelf-life studies
Support domestic and international shipments with proper documentation
Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and follow company safety policies
Complete tasks as part of the Performance Excellence program
Perform other duties as assigned
Pay Range: $20.80 - $21.80
