TopGum is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations within our facilities. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our production processes.
Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee all maintenance activities within the facility.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide necessary training.
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize costs.
Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management.
Proven track record of effective team leadership.
Strong knowledge of machinery and mechanical systems.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with CMMS software is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
