Join our Procurement First Diet Team (babyfood) as of September/October 2026 at our office in Hoofddorp, NL!
You will be part of the Global Cycles & Procurement organization of Danone within the department responsible for the global sourcing of First Diet ingredients (babyfood).
You will become part of a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals aiming to source the required products, focus on the development of suppliers to meet the right level of food and quality requirements, and drive cost efficiency, innovation, service level and sustainability with Global suppliers.

You will work closely with buyers in the team, including buyers located in France and Poland and a buyer in the Hoofddorp, NL office, where you will be based.
Your main tasks will be:
Supporting Fruit & Vegetables and Cereals portfolio (80%):
- Support buyers for tenders and for sourcing new suppliers for specific ingredients
- - Support buyers with project management (securization, saving, sustainability...)
- - Support buyers to mitigate out-of-stock risks on ingredients
- - Support buyers with operational tasks such as contract reviews with suppliers, contract modifications, etc.
- - Support buyers with legal risk assessment and GTCP/contract signature
Transversal topics (20%):
- Legal: coordinate the legal assessment for the team, making sure risks are evaluated properly and actions are prioritized
- - Business Continuity Plan: update the internal tool based on inputs from buyers to ensure correct materials risk categorization and monitor the mitigation plan
ABOUT YOU
You are a Bachelor/Master student in Business Engineering, Supply Chain or Procurement with excellent and proven Excel skills. We are searching for a candidate with strong analytical skills, who's able to easily connect with people and work autonomously. Your eye for detail and logical mindset allows you to spot critical information in the data provided, supporting you in gathering useful insights that can be transformed into solutions. You are a fast learner, team player, have positive energy and the ability to prioritize to always meet deadlines. You are not afraid to challenge situations and bring your own ideas forward in order to act proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Compulsory requirements:
- Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period
- - You are an EU citizen or a non-EU citizen studying at a university in the Netherlands
- - In the case of non-EU citizens, a 3-party internship agreement signed by your university is mandatory
