· Take ownership of practical London office coordination tasks, including office supplies, facilities matters and general day-to-day organisation.
What we’re looking for
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with both internal teams and external partners.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to spot issues before they become problems.
• The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and stay calm when plans change.
• Energy, curiosity and motivation to grow with a fast-moving business.
