As SAP Area Lead, you manage technical application and transactional processes within retail, finance and supply chain (SAP Retail). You lead Master Data and Source to Assort, including technical and functional processes for promotions, pricing and assortment management. You support the business with simpler, improved processes and tools that increase end-to-end supply-chain efficiency.
Responsibilities
Support the business and act as its link to IT departments. Analyse project application and operational processes and propose solutions. Plan and manage area staffing, workload and processes with your manager. Coordinate and prioritise IT requests to support urgent and important business needs. Resolve complex incidents and support BPO experts and internal Master Data, Pricing and Assortment teams with specialist solutions. Train stakeholders when introducing fields or tools. Establish and monitor KPIs and shared reporting to give stakeholders visibility of status, stability, completeness and performance. Report to the Head of BPO.
Requirements
At least five years of experience in master data and/or supply-chain processes, operational knowledge of retail processes, and advanced knowledge of SAP Retail, master data, assortment, promotion creation and pricing. Knowledge of SAP BW, incident-management tools, DIAMS article-management tools and Power BI is an advantage. You communicate confidently and assertively, think critically, work pragmatically, prioritise effectively and are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
