A genuine passion for food and an interest in learning how food products are developed and evaluated
A hands-on, go-getter attitude. You're comfortable asking questions, figuring things out, and following through

The ability to manage several projects and priorities at once
Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams and suppliers
An interest in building a career in food product development and quality
Experience with food safety, HACCP, GMPs, labeling, or QA is a plus, but it's not required.
