ROLE SUMMARY
Lead fundraising for the Kickstarting For Good programme and its cohort, graduates, and alumni. Develop major-donor and foundation relationships, identify new funding opportunities, lead grant applications, manage re-granting funds, and shape a multi-year fundraising strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of fundraising experience; fluency in English; experience with philanthropic donors and foundations; alignment with a healthier, more sustainable plant-based food system.
JOB DETAILS
Full-time; start ASAP; applications open until filled. Ideally based in Berlin, Germany, with hybrid work and a full-remote option. Temporary work abroad is limited by the employer’s 183-day annual rule.
