Store Manager

The Salad Project is hiring restaurant managers to support its expanding London locations. This role leads a team of 30–40 staff, delegates tasks to supervisors, supports staff morale and career development, improves service processes, maintains hygiene standards, hires and develops staff, manages the restaurant P&L, and reports to the management team.
The role is 45 hours per week and requires two years’ team-management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Benefits include 30 days’ holiday, performance bonus, cycle-to-work scheme, enhanced leave, and meals while on shift.
