Own market, customer and competitor intelligence, identifying emerging opportunities, risks and trends – including how AI is reshaping coaching, leadership development and HR technology.
Own the evolution of EZRA’s global pricing and commercial framework, building business cases for new propositions and evaluating revenue, margin, investment and market-position implications.
Partner with Product, Technology, Coaching and Commercial leaders to shape roadmaps and bring propositions to market.
Support Board and Executive discussions with clear insight, business cases and recommendations, while leading and developing a high-impact Strategy team.
