Senior Brand Manager, Bakery
Do you love bread and would like to make an impact on the Swedish bread market by leading two strong bread brands? Are you a strategic brand leader with a passion for driving growth and building strong consumer connections? Fazer is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of the Fazer and Skogaholm brands, leading their long-term and annual agendas in line with our overall category and business strategies. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing concepts, managing product portfolios, and driving go-to-market plans in close collaboration with agencies, sales, and shopper marketing teams.
You’ll lead brand communication efforts—from crafting compelling positioning and brand books to creating and executing integrated media and PR plans across traditional, digital, SoMe, and influencer channels. With a strong focus on insights, you’ll turn trends and consumer behavior into growth-driving strategies, ensuring brand relevance over time. You’ll also oversee budgeting, target setting, and performance tracking to ensure marketing investments deliver results. What you’ll bring to the team
You are a strategic thinker that can dig into the operational work when needed. You are analytical and data driven with a creative mindset. Further, you are great at stakeholder management both internally and externally towards partners. In addition, you are a strong project manager with excellent teamwork and influencing skills.
We expect you to have:
ca. 7-8 years commercial brand experience
Experience from FMCG or media agency
Experience from media and an interest in communication
Creative, long-term brand/category development capability
Understanding of brand/category profit and loss structure
Language requirements: fluent in Swedish and English
