Assisting Savoury Technical to develop Culinary, snack and Processed Meat Formulation and as well for preparing product application.
- Assisting in the day-to-day incoming projects by compounding the formulas and product application
- Maintaining of stock inventory
- Preparation of samples for flavor evaluation, and participation in flavor evaluation
- General housekeeping and maintenance of lab
- Observation of laboratory safety
- Other ad hoc duties should the need arise
