Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product Design Team in day-to-day activities in developing and tailoring innovative solutions for customers in various food and beverage categories.
- Collaborate closely with experienced Food Technologists to assist in product formulation, application testing, and sensory evaluations.
- Participate in lab trials and help preparing samples for customer presentations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and reports related to product development activities.
- Manage stock inventory of raw materials, ingredients, and lab supplies.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in food innovation and product development.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
