About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and resourceful personal assistant to support and enhance our General Partners.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role that includes both business and personal support. It’s a great fit for someone seeking a stable, part-time position with a high degree of flexibility and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep things running smoothly with reminders, follow-ups, and task tracking
- Support with errands and logistics for both work and personal needs
- Handle travel arrangements: flights, accommodation, transportation
- Organize events - from simple restaurant bookings to 100 people workshop and dinners
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones
- Assist with office coordination
- Be the go-to person for ad-hoc tasks and day-to-day needs
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English speaker (must be excellent in both writing and speaking)
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Prior experience as a PA or EA or similar positions is required
- Dependable, discreet, trustworthy, and people-oriented
- Availability for a 70–80% role (~25–30 hours/week), with 4 / 5 in-office days (Tel Aviv) per week
