The Role
We’re looking for a part-time / hourly Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring projects across our growing client base. You’ll help source, screen, and place professionals in impactful food system roles. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting people, passionate about a sustainable food system and wants to support purpose-led work in a flexible way.
What You’ll Do
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for our client hire projects
- Work closely with our Director of Recruitment to understand their project needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates who are aligned with both role requirements and organizational values
- Manage candidate communications and scheduling
- Stay informed on trends in food systems and social impact hiring
About You
- Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong communication and people skills—you enjoy connecting with others and building relationships
- Well-organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule
- Passionate about sustainability, improving our food system, or climate action
- Existing network in sustainable agriculture, food, climate, or impact sectors would be preferred
