The Specialist, Procurement Transformation will be responsible for supporting the Procurement Team in key business goals for growth, cost savings, risk mitigation, working capital improvement and more. This role will interact directly with all procurement sub-teams and leaders to enable our Strategy across People, Process, Performance, Partnership and Planet. Performance management and strategy development will be coordinated with colleagues in each region.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Manage Procurement KPIs:
- Maintain and monitor procurement performance KPIs across all Regional Category Teams and Center of Excellence hubs
- Facilitate monthly scorecard reviews with regional procurement leaders
- Be a key co-partner to the Procurement transformation and digitalization journey
- Create and sustain processes, tools, and on-going support structures that enable reuse and efficiency
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management
- Facilitate the organization:
- Track status of all vacancies within procurement including recruitment status as appropriate
- Ensure assignment of cost centers, titles, etc. align to procurement career ladder and organizational design
- Assist regional engagement teams with execution of functional engagement activities
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management
- Project Enablement:
- Interface with procurement working teams including Process & Technology, Change Management, etc. to advance prioritized procurement improvement projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, science/engineering, supply chain or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of business practices and financial concepts/impact/analyses (> 7 years)
- Strong people skills, project management, and experience in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills (written and oral) and global interaction
- Thrive in a collaborative work environment – work across functions, cultures and time zones
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Dashboard creation in PowerBI or Tableau (plus)
- Experience in a Procurement environment (plus)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
