And that's why we are looking for a KAM – Food Service. Join the Good Rebels team and help us expand Heura’s impact across the food service channel by managing and growing long-term partnerships with key distributors. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing relationships with distributor accounts, with the goal of driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue growth within our distribution network. You will act as a strategic partner to our distributors, aligning their success with our mission, while ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strong cross-functional collaboration across teams.
Your Challenge
Manage, build, and grow long-term relationships with key distributors in the food service channel, acting as a strategic partner and aligning their success with Heura’s mission.
Deeply understand each distributor’s needs, identify business opportunities, and develop customized plans that drive sales, brand visibility, and impact.
Lead product training and education sessions with distributors’ sales teams, fostering portfolio knowledge and connection to the brand values.
Co-create and activate joint business plans with distributors, including clear KPIs and initiatives aimed at achieving shared growth objectives.
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive commercial planning strategies, ensuring the fulfillment or exceeding of set targets.
Negotiate and manage contracts and commercial terms that generate mutual value and build strong long-term relationships.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Head of Food Service, Product, Communication, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure excellent and coordinated execution.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and distributor performance in real-time to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and expand market share.
Ensure exceptional service to distributors by resolving issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels, and strengthening trust-based relationships.
Maintain accurate records of commercial activities and forecasts, track KPIs, and share strategic reports with internal stakeholders.
Guarantee quality and food safety standards by sharing accurate information, complying with internal procedures, and supporting incident management when necessary.
Represent the One Team spirit by actively contributing to a culture of versatility, collaboration, and shared responsibility across teams and initiatives.
YOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE, ENJOY AND DO GREAT AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in key account management or sales roles within the food or consumer goods industry — especially with a focus on the food service channel.
A strong understanding of distributor dynamics, sales cycles, and operational models within the food service industry.
Experience working with SAP systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written).
A strategic and analytical mindset to develop account plans, interpret sales data, and make informed decisions.
A goal-driven attitude with a clear focus on meeting targets, delivering value, and growing key accounts.
The ability to stay organized and agile while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
Flexibility and resilience to adapt to shifting market needs and customer behaviors.
A collaborative spirit with the confidence to work cross-functionally and the drive to contribute to a mission-driven team.
A proactive mindset, ownership of your work, and the desire to create meaningful impact through your role.
