At Heura we are food activists, and our mission is to provide a solution that leaves animals out of the equation, while feeding millions of people in a sustainable way. Technology gives us the opportunity to build a food system that not only solves our current challenges but also responds to our values.
We also know that great goals can only be achieved by diverse teams of people with different backgrounds, perspectives, orientations, abilities, food tastes, dress sense, and time zones - we don't just accept our differences; we fully support and celebrate them.
But ultimately, we all have one common goal: accelerating the protein transition.
And that’s why we are looking for a Quality & Food Safety Intern! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through enhancing quality management systems and elevating consumer care center by identifying opportunities and implementing positive changes.
Your Challenge

Maintain and update quality-related documentation and records (e.g., specifications, certificates, reports).
Participate in traceability exercises and support external and internal quality certifications and audits.
Provide administrative and analytical support to ongoing quality improvement projects and daily team operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure quality expectations are met.
Promote a strong quality culture across the company by supporting training sessions and awareness initiatives.

YOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE, ENJOY AND DO GREAT AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

Excellent communication skills and fluency in both Spanish and English.
A proactive and caring mindset, focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
