The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage inbound queries from IFF employees via the Ticket Service System
- Provide consistent and accurate support using the HR knowledge base
- Educate employees and managers on available HR resources and self-service tools
- Escalate or redirect inquiries to appropriate HR or external teams (e.g., Payroll)
- Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems throughout the employee lifecycle
- Create and manage employee documentation and personnel files
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Identify and relay opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support peers in problem resolution
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation and issue-resolution mindset
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling confidential HR information
- Proficient in MS Office and typing
- Experience in HR or customer contact centers is a plus
- Familiarity with HR systems and policies is preferred
- Able to manage high volumes of inquiries with accuracy and timeliness
