The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for a variety of activities that ensure daily run and maintain operations within Global Treasury team. The Treasury Senior Analyst also will provide support to Treasury organization as and when required (M&A, projects), ensures that daily run and maintain operations are aligned with standard processes, procedures, and policies without any deviation.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
Banking Relationships:
Bank Documentation:
- Preparation, review and management of banking agreements and contracts (opening, closing, KYC …)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Coordination with legal and compliance teams for document execution. Liaising with legal and compliance teams for high-stakes documentation
- Review of complex banking agreements, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
- Capital Markets confirmation and settlement.
- Preparation and reviewal of Guarantees and Billing
Banking Portal Administration:
- Management of access rights and user profiles for banking portals were Treasury acts as administrator.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to online banking systems in collaboration with the bank.
- Be instrumental on having integration of banking portals identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices for portal security and efficiency.
Cash Management & Forecasting
- Daily cash positioning and forecasting
- Daily reconciliation of Treasury transactions
- Liquidity management and optimization
- Short-term borrowing and investment decisions promoted by Senior or Specialist Treasury member.
- Optimize company liquidity across multiple currencies and accounts with a focus on strategic funding and investment decisions in concordance with Treasury Specialist and Managers
Confirmations&Settlements
- Processing and confirming payments, wire transfers and other transactions.
- Daily control on Treasury payments released and monitor on manual payments execution.
- Settlement of foreign exchange derivatives and other financial instruments
- Be instrumental on having automated payments implemented to increase current KPIs
Treasury Systems&Accounting Interfaces
- Ensure timely handling on treasury accesses and controls inherited.
- Management and troubleshooting of Treasury management systems (Quantum, Finastra, 360T, SWIFT)
- Overseeing the integration and data flow between Quantum and CFIN
- Ensuring accurate and timely posting of treasury transactions into final CFIN
In House Bank (IHB)
- Run day to day IHB operations on accurate and timely manner.
- Process monthly internal controls reports as required external ones for audit purposes.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or related field.
- Common understanding and knowledge of financial instruments,
- Excel user is desired.
- Advanced communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with external (banks) and internal customers (other functions)
- Proven experience in driving initiatives that increases Global Treasury Operations team performance
How Would You Stand Out?
- 3+ years of experience in a financial environment is preferred, but we also seek demonstrable evidence of your ability to learn and accommodate a dynamic environment.
