The Accounting Associate supports daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role assists with month-end close activities, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and collaborates across departments to maintain accurate financial records. Ideal candidates have a degree in Accounting or Finance, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and support journal posting.
- Contribute to smooth month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts with precision.
- Assist with intercompany transactions and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Prepare audit-ready documentation and support internal control processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial data integrity.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding accounting and reporting.
- Support financial reporting and analysis activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting team.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting (preferred).
- Solid understanding of GAAP or IFRS principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
