The RPA Business Analyst role is responsible for assuring that processes are in place to promote and facilitate continuous improvement and automation for a specified project across the organization. The RPA Business Analyst will create and direct process improvement efforts and encourage decision makers to devote resources to improvement/automation initiatives. The team interact with various departments and senior leadership in harmonization and improvement of processes for automation within IFF for successfully supporting the strategy at Group level. All change projects/initiatives need to deliver savings to the business, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and automation mindset through reduction of errors, driving standardisation, making efficiency improvements and driving automations.

- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and execution of strategic action plans, ensuring consistent progress and delivery of expected outcomes.
- Proactively test, evaluate, and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery maturity, efficiency, and scalability.
- Assess process maturity and readiness for change, ensuring initiatives are launched with a clear understanding of current capabilities and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership, management, and associates to identify, plan, and execute key process improvement projects that enhance quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve cycle times.
- Oversee the timely completion of process improvement and automation projects, ensuring targeted cost reductions and elevated service quality.
- Manage the full lifecycle of automation initiatives—from identification and assessment to validation and implementation.
- Lead project teams and contribute individually to high-impact initiatives, ensuring delivery of measurable business value.
- Identify and remove barriers to process efficiency, administrative effectiveness, and competitive advantage.
- Partner with procurement, finance, and other stakeholders to assess and track the financial impact and added value of process improvement and automation efforts.
- Support change management activities throughout project lifecycles, ensuring smooth transitions and sustainable outcomes.
- Prepare and present materials for steering group meetings, enabling informed decision-making based on accurate analysis.
- Ensure all impacted business areas are equipped to implement changes and deliver the benefits outlined in business cases.
- Manage virtual project teams across geographies and time zones, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Actively contribute to portfolio management reporting and support developers during the Hyper-Care period.
- Apply robust project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall) to support diverse initiatives.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage 4+ projects simultaneously across different stages of execution.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment.
- Proven track record of performance and professional credibility.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (oral and written); additional EU language (DE, FR, IT, ES) is a clear advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Solid understanding of automation technologies and their integration within business applications.
- Familiarity with Gen AI implementation areas.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.
- Experience in change management and facilitation, guiding teams through transitions smoothly.
