Ensure financial targets are met and business performance is constantly monitored and reported; develop and maintain sustainable relationships with internal and external customers; prepare account plan and report relevant market information; collaborate with internal departments to explore innovations and new concepts related to customers’ products and on-going projects; monitor market development in terms of competitors, products, and trends; partner with operation team to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of service, quality, and supply.

- Drive a strong opportunity pipeline with disciplined forecasting, performance tracking, and post‑project reviews
- Ensure pricing execution and commercial decisions align with country and regional strategy
- Act as the voice of the customer, aligning internal stakeholders to ensure supply readiness and regulatory compliance
- Translate customer needs into actionable insights for Marketing, R&D, and Supply teams
- Champion collaboration, accountability, and a high‑performance team culture
What Makes You the Right Fit
- 5–7 years of commercial experience within FMCG, flavors, ingredients, chemical, or adjacent B2B industries
- Proven success in sales or account management at a similar level, with a strong commercial mindset
- Customer‑centric approach with hands‑on experience managing complex B2B relationships
- Strong analytical capability, particularly in pricing, margin management, and forecasting
- Solid understanding of product development, consumer insights, and market dynamics
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in a global business environment
- Fluent business English with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures
