We’re hiring an additional Food Development Technologist for the Gruda food development labs in Haifa!
What does the role include?
• Developing and improving food products from concept through to production
• Direct work with clients – understanding their needs, tailoring solutions, and providing professional guidance
• Presenting development processes, formulations, and experimental results to clients
• Working with raw materials and manufacturing processes
• Supporting lab trials, pilots, and scale-up to industrial production
• Collaborating with internal teams – quality, production, procurement, and marketing
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
What are we looking for?
✔ Degree in Food Technology / Food Engineering / Life Sciences – required
✔ Experience in food product development – required
✔ Experience or strong orientation toward client-facing work – required
✔ High-level presentation skills and ability to clearly explain technical concepts
✔ Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence
✔ Creative thinking, strong organization, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
