We have around 35 employees, operating from our office in Berlin, Pankow.
We are looking for a Working Student/Intern – Global Social Media to support our Marketing team in managing and growing Vegavero’s international social media presence.
This role is ideal for a hands-on and creative student who is passionate about social media, digital trends, and health & wellness, and who wants to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, international environment while continuing their studies.
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of Vegavero’s social media channels, primarily Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Assist in the planning, creation, and scheduling of content, from brainstorming creative ideas and writing captions to briefing the design team
Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), including filming and basic editing
Actively engage with the community by replying to comments and direct messages in a timely and brand-consistent way
Monitor and analyze basic social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and support reporting activities
Research social media trends, formats, and competitors to propose new content ideas and optimizations
Support social media campaigns, product launches, and UGC collaborations
Ensure all published content is aligned with Vegavero’s brand voice, tone, and values
Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Design, and Content teams to ensure consistent communication across channels
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and German (Spanish, French, or Italian are considered a plus) - please do not apply if you are not fluent in German
Solid understanding of major social media platforms and best practices for each channel
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite
Comfortable appearing in front of the camera and creating authentic video content
Availability to work around 20 hours per week

Interest in vegan lifestyle, nutrition, health, or supplements
Hands-on experience with short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
