Responsible for driving net revenue growth and product profitability through financial and strategic analysis of sales activities, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement, and effective demand planning through forecast accuracy.
Job Responsibilities But Not Limited To
Develop and drive net revenue management strategies through financial and strategic analysis of sales activities, pricing, promotions, and trade spend.
Analyze sales expenses, product profitability, and forecast trend by customer and channels. Identify opportunities and risks to the business by channel and customers.
Increase demand planning effectiveness by validating latest sales forecasts for all channels by working with cross functional teams.
Improve on forecast accuracy and consolidate latest sales forecast for all channels.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision making and provide insight on revenue performance.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain divisions to ensure alignment on revenue management strategies to maximize ROI and profitability.
Facilitate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual Sales cadences and P&L review in collaboration with the field Sales and Sales Strategy teams.
Support with ad hoc analysis, reports related to sales activities.
Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or related field preferred.
6+ years of relevant work experience in financial management in sales, sales finance, or related role including sales/marketing/business planning/trade promotion management in CPG industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insight.
Good understanding of Accounting and Financial reporting processes.
Strong knowledge of SCP (Supply Chain Planning) System.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to anticipate business needs and influence change to drive actionable and tangible results.
