What You'll Be Responsible For
We're looking for those who share that same passion to make great tasting and healthy food and who thrive on continuously improving the way we operate to come and join our warehousing and manufacturing teams in Methwold, Norfolk.
Working as part of a close-knit team, your role will be to operate in moving, sorting waste materials from the factory to their appropriate storage location. You will maintain excellent GMP standards in the yard area, working with equipment such as compactors, balers and pallentainers whilst adhering to stringent Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards/procedures.
We operate a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (days)
Days: 06:00 - 18:00
What Experience You'll Need To Have
Background within a production/warehousing environment with food manufacturing experience being preferred
Awareness of how to follow health & safety practices
Hold a counter balance forklift truck license
Be a team player with the drive to succeed with effective communication skills & an ability to develop winning relationships
Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to work in fast-paced environment
A curiosity and aptitude for problem solving as part of continuous improvement
A self-starter committed to further self-development
