Join our Flavour Design Lab in Barcelona as an Intern and gain hands-on exposure to the world of flavours while supporting daily lab activities and ongoing projects.
What you will do
- Support daily lab operations, including:
- Organising and maintaining sample inventories and collections
- Renewing and managing flavour samples
- Assist with sensory evaluations and tastings:
- Preparing tasting samples in simple bases
- Participating in tastings and learning structured flavour evaluation
- Develop flavour language skills:
- Organising tastings
- Learning how to describe flavours by tonalities
- Handle sample logistics:
- Purchasing samples
- Creating labels and supporting sample packaging
- Support flavour design projects, including:
- Elaboration and documentation of prototypes
- Tasting and evaluation of prototypes
- Comparing samples against standards or references
- Assist with regulatory checks:
- Verifying basic legislation requirements against project briefs
