Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Ensure close collaboration with Creation & Design (C&D) throughout all project stages, including ballots, questionnaires, and sample selection prior to testing
- Plan and execute sensory and consumer studies in line with internal quality standards and project timelines
- Provide clear instructions, volumes, and timelines to PX Technician and C&D to ensure accurate sample preparation and timely delivery
- Support PX researchers in project management and lead sensory and/or consumer activities under supervision
- Monitor data quality, including panel performance and consumer data checks, and clean raw datasets
- Analyze results of sensory and consumer studies and report findings under guidance of senior team members
- Maintain internal databases using standardized templates and ensure accurate documentation of results
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of the PX Technician
- Maintain and develop internal and external sensory and consumer panels (including recruitment, GDPR compliance, and availability)
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sensory Science, Food Science, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in sensory and consumer research methodologies
- Experience with data handling, analysis, and reporting (e.g., Excel or statistical tools)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
- Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience working with sensory panels or consumer testing environments
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., XLSTAT, SPSS, R)
- Exposure to FMCG, fragrance, or product development environments
