ROLE SUMMARY
Laird Superfood is a modern wellness platform building a portfolio of best-in-class, plant-based brands designed to fuel consumers with clean, functional nutrition. Originally founded by legendary big-wave surfer Laird Hamilton, the company has evolved beyond its roots into a multi-brand CPG platform with a growing presence across beverages, superfoods, and everyday pantry staples.
With the recent acquisitions of Terrasoul Superfoods and Navitas Organics, Laird Superfood now brings together three highly respected brands under one roof - each known for quality sourcing, functional benefits, and strong consumer loyalty. This expanded portfolio positions the company as a scaled leader in the natural and organic foods space.
Backed by experienced operators and investors, and supported by a leadership team that includes some of the top talent in CPG, Laird Superfood is entering a new phase of growth - focused on integration, operational excellence, and unlocking the full potential of its platform.
This is a pivotal, high-impact finance role at a company entering its next phase of growth and complexity. Reporting into Finance leadership, the Director of FP&A will own and evolve the company's financial planning, forecasting, and performance management capabilities.
