Where You'll Make a Difference
- Receive, process, and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams.
- Provide timely updates regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, planning, and commercial teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer issues and identify effective solutions while balancing customer needs and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate a high level of product, process, and market knowledge to support customers effectively.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in a customer service, customer care, order management, or administrative support role.
- Strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications and customer management systems.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience supporting customers within the healthcare, nutrition, life sciences, or ingredients industry.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP.
